Q1. How do I proceed to make a payment for the products?

A1. Generally, you need to pay 50% in advance at the same time as placing the order, and the balance 50% after receiving the final invoice.

Q2. How many days do I have to pay for my order?

A2. A deposit (50% of the total payment) must be paid before proceeding with the order, otherwise the order may be canceled. The final payment is due within 5 days of the final invoice date, otherwise you will be charged a warehouse storage fee per box/day. If you have any problems with your payment, please contact us and we will resolve it.

Q3. What if I do not settle the final payment?

A3. You are obliged to settle your final payment as soon as possible once the final invoice has been issued. We will store your parcel for 1 weeks without any charge, but afterwards, you have to pay warehousing fees on a daily basis. In the worst case, if you don’t pay within 2 months, your goods will be sold at a discounted price and our funds will be redeemed. You will not be able to get any refund.

Q4. Can I cancel after placing an order?

A2. You cannot cancel for simple change of mind. If there is a reason that is beyond our control, you can cancel 100% and we will refund 100%.
